This is a “half-time” position (15 hours per week) in the Ofﬁce of the Town Supervisor. Work activities include: processing of vouchers and invoices, preparation of checks, reconciling and posting balances, preparing reports on status of budget accounts, auditing payroll time records, and other customary duties of a municipal ﬁnance department. This position will also provide clerical support to the Town Supervisor as needed.
This position is without beneﬁts other than the New York State Retirement System.
Hourly wage rate: Commensurate with experience.
Minimum Qualiﬁcations: Two years clerical experience which must have included at least six months experience in ﬁnancial record keeping.
